BORN OF KINGS:KING ODIN

Odin Book 1 Master 4000x6400.png

Every god was once a man.

He gave an eye for wisdom. It was the cheapest thing he would ever pay.

On the night Odin is born, a seeress reads his life aloud like a list of debts: an eye, a brother, a son. He will spend seventy years paying it.

A landless younger son with a mind like a blade, he claws his way to become the most feared king the north has ever knowntrading an eye for the sight of everything, hanging nine nights on a windswept tree to drag writing itself out of the dark, and building an empire out of fear and cunning.

And one by one, exactly as the seeress promised, the prices come due. Because power always has a cost, and Odin always finds someone else to pay it, until, in the end, the one who pays is him.

The gods you know were invented. This is how one was made.
